2. Các thành viên khi tham gia diễn đàn cần thể hiện mình là người văn minh, bày tỏ sự tôn trọng đến các thành viên khác và thành viên Ban Quản Trị.

4. Diễn đàn không chấp nhận những bài viết mang thông tin bất hợp pháp và độc hại:
* Các thông tin có nội dung ảnh hưởng đến an ninh quốc gia
* Các thông tin có nội dung kích động bạo lực, tuyên truyền chiến tranh xâm lược, gây hận thù các dân tộc và nhân dân các nước, truyền bá tư tưởng phản động,…
* Các thông tin trái với thuần phong mỹ tục như khiêu dâm, đồi truỵ, tệ nạn xã hội nghiện hút, cờ bạc và mê tín dị đoan….
*Nếu lấy thông tin, hình ảnh, nhạc (v....v) ở 4rum hoặc web khác thì fải Credit
* Không spam 1 dòng VD: B đẹp nhỉ
* Không viết những bài ko có ý nghĩa.VD: Bạn mua cái này ko?
===>* Các thông tin thiếu nghiêm túc sử dụng từ ngữ thô tục không có văn hoá. Sẽ bị Xử Phạt Nghiêm Túc<===
* Các thông tin ảnh hưởng đến tự do tín ngưỡng và tôn giáo.
Những bài viết có nội dung nêu trên sẽ bị xóa ngay lập tức, thành viên gửi bài tùy theo mức độ sẽ bị Cảnh cáo, Tạm khóa trong vòng 1 tuần hoặc Xóa tên khỏi diễn đàn.
5. Quy định về tên nick:
Tên tài khoản không được đặt theo tên, biệt danh các vị lãnh tụ, theo tên các vị lãnh đạo của Đảng và Nhà nước, tên mang những ý nghĩa đồi trụy.
6. Quy định về tên của topic:
* Cần ngắn gọn súc tích và nêu bật nội dung của bài viết.
Những tên topic không đạt yêu cầu sẽ bị sửa đổi hoặc yêu cầu sửa đổi bởi các thành viên trong Ban Quản Trị.
7. Quy định về Nội dung của bài viết:
* Bài viết cần gửi đúng chuyên mục.
* Không gửi bài lung tung, gửi cùng một bài trong nhiều mục khác nhau, những bài viết gửi trùng sẽ bị xoá ngay lập tức.
* Không gửi những bài viết mang tính chất spam
8. Quy định về ảnh đại diện và ảnh trong chữ ký:
Nội dung của ảnh đại diện và ảnh chữ ký không được vi phạm quy định về việc đưa thông tin lên diễn đàn, nghĩa là thành viên không được phép dùng ảnh đại diện có tính chất đồi truỵ, khêu gợi, trái với thuần phong mỹ tục, xuyên tạc về truyền thống văn hóa dân tộc.
9. Quy định về các gasso khác:
* Không nói kháy, đá đểu các gasso mình ko thích. VD: SNSD làm sao = 2NE1v..v
* Không dùng những lời nói thiếu văn hoá với các gasso khác
* Không so sánh các gasso với nhau
10. Những thành viên có hành vi phá hoại diễn đàn, không thực hiện đúng những điều được ra trong bản quy định này, tùy theo mức độ sẽ bị Cảnh cáo, Tạm khóa hoặc Xóa hẳn tên khỏi diễn đàn.
